Spot The Ball

It was a disappointing performance from Yeovil this afternoon, losing 2-0 at home to Notts County. We didn’t have a shot on target until the last ten minutes of the game by which time County had scored both their goals. We actually defended quite well but were sorely lacking in creativity and imagination in central midfield with too many long, hopeful and inaccurate long balls, like this one in the blip from a free kick which the goalkeeper is about to catch comfortably.

Conditions were lovely for this morning’s Park Run, sunshine and a nip in the air. Chris & I were both pleased with our times (I managed to just get under 30 minutes for the first time since my last run before lockdown in February 2019j while Tess sat it out as she’s doing the Race For Life tomorrow.
