Parkrun

First parkrun since the first lockdown
Not done any serious running since then apart from the odd jog with Lou.
Bike fitness seems to have carried me today… pretty happy and surprised 20:52 and 33 place. I really didn’t know what to expect. I was knocking out sub 20 runs before.. May take me a while but plan to start putting in some more running over winter in addition to cycling
