It’s off to the Lakes

A swift suitcase turnaround. Out with the work clothes and in with the walking gear, knitting and slippers ready for a cheeky weekend in the Lake District. Very exciting to see some friends from down South I haven’t seen in person for a very long time!
Our cottage is lovely and we had a great evening exploring our two village pubs.
