Managed to make it to the last indoor net session of pre-season tonight. Seeing as I'd not made any of the previous ones (umpire course, umpire AGM, illness) I thought I'd warm up first with 10k on the bike and 1k blast on the rowing machine.

My knees tomorrow will be something else.
