1. There may be no more of an incentive to quit ones job and run for the hills than the prospect of a performance review. Mine was today. Where are my trainers?

2. A blip meet! Right here and involving a wad a cash. I meet a photographer who I admire greatly and who delivers a beautifully framed picture for our favourite member of staff.

3. After an unsettling day it's over to the Glad cafe. Tonight Colin has a scratch performance of a play on.

4. One of the nicest things ever is to walk in and see Gildo at one table and S&T at another.
