Feeding Time...

As the autumn months continue, tonight was our first night back cooking at one of the homeless shelters in Edinburgh.

For a number of years now I, along with some others, have volunteered to help out with cooking a wholesome meal to give out to those who need it the most.

Our menu has not changed greatly over the years.
A mild curry dish with rice
Tomato pasta and mushroom pasta dishes
Fruit crumble for pudding.

It was enjoyed by all and one gentlemen who I ended up chatting with thoroughly enjoyed it and kept telling us all...(not sure if he will remember much in the morning but Hey Ho!!)

It's always good to see a smile on folks faces. I think we managed that this evening!!
