For passata. Another six litres in the bag as the delicious cold and dreich skies continue.
It’s fair odd that Johnson stakes his all on the end of ‘cheap wage’ migrant labour while Sturgeon says Scotland’s future rests on access to foreign labour ( see FT interview).
I’d hazard that Johnson will win this one on short-term odds until people ask to see the difference in their economic well-being. And you wonder how the message that Scotland’s growth depends on immigration will bed down, should the FT interview gain traction.
Not that I’d be caught peddling politics outside the vegetable patch.
