Clock Tower - No Clock But Chimneys

I took MrQ to Bishops' College in Cheshunt today for his Covid booster vaccination. The church hall in Hoddesdon where we have gone before is no longer available to our doctors' surgery.  

The building used to be an Anglican theological college and is now owned by Broxbourne Council. The 100ft clocktower and surrounding buildings were erected in 1870. Shame there's no longer a clock. I don't think I've seen a clock tower with chimneys before.
