My cousin made this for me last time I saw her, and so I asked where to find the recipe, so she pointed me in the right direction. I have not used the exact veg as in the recipe, but instead have experimented with some other veg and I've added some chicken, but have kept the spices and sauce ingredients exactly as in the recipe.

This will be my lunch tomorrow, with some cous-cous. I can't wait! It tastes really yum already and tomorrow will taste even better (leaving things like this overnight, really makes the flavour so much nicer).

The best part is, it's really healthy! (and the whole house smells delicious!)
