Why Not Learn Ukrainian?

I had already captured my blip for the day when this sign caught my eye. I started to imagine someone stuck in the traffic on their way to the daily grind, maybe yesterday was not a good day, and they read this.
Onto the mobile, "Good morning boss, can't make it in today."
"Ah that's no good, are you not feeling well?" comes the reply.
"No boss, I'm off to learn Ukrainian!"
