Scribbles on a whiteboard. In fact, these are points to address from a 'vicious' set of reviews for our latest paper. Academia can be very personal at times and extremely subjective and judgemental.

We have great 'bouncebackability' however (a football term I believe) and will respond accordingly. This is what we do ! Perhaps it is time to get a real job - whatever they are?
