Shapes at Night

I had my Flu shot and COVID Booster this afternoon, one in each arm.  So far the flu is more tender, no other ill effects.  My booster was the Moderna vaccine, so I now have some fancy new mRNA things going on.  Hopefully.  It was done at Ingleston which was well organised but it took about 90 minutes from arriving to leaving.  My previous COVID vaccinations hardly took 90 seconds!

Another long day with a walk after dark for exercise.  At least I got a cycle in the sunshine taking CyclopsJnr to school this morning.
