Chalk and cheese

So today was a complete turn around weather wise! It was like a summers day down at the lagoons. The swans and cygnets greeted us as we arrived. Today my group were cycling. I’ve not been on a bike for about 20 years so I was a bit wary. BUT I had a fantastic day with my group. We cycled from Musselburgh to Dalkeith Country park along cycle paths, mainly following the River Esk. The sun was shining all day and the children did so well. It was a joy to be out with them, so full of determination and enthusiasm! Overall we cycled 18 km!!
I am slightly saddle sore tonight!
