Selfie

This is a close to a self-portrait as you are going to get. Another day, and another dog walk at the hippodrome. I aim to do a morning lunch and afternoon walk with the dog, to be honest they are much for me as they are for him. At the weekend I may take him to the hippodrome at a different times than during the week as it takes me longest to walk there and it's only the weekends that I've the flexibility to do that.
