Carrot fields

This afternoon we cycled past this field full of carrots waiting to be picked. I liked the lines they made.

As the rain stopped we drove down to Aigle and had a road bike ride to Les Grangettes campsite for a coffee. It was colder than anticipated so a hot drink was very welcome.

Hosting book club tonight. Our book this month was The Light Across the Oceans.
