Calm Before the Rain

After breakfast I decided to drive to Bremner Bay, was lucky that the lake was nice and calm, so got a couple of nice photos.  The silence was interrupted by noisy dogs yapping and children yelling (it is school holidays).  So I decided to head back to the other side of the lake, where it is much quieter.  The extras is (1)  A carpet of Kowhai petals.

I managed to clock up 10K steps, so will settle in for the evening.
