Fish supper

Blip is not my dinner but that of a friend who is currently going through a terrible mental health crisis. She suffers from bipolar disorder and is currently in the manic cycle which brings several challenges.

Anyway, a kind friend of hers brought her a fish supper tonight and she was thrilled. It made me happy to know she has people looking out for her and also to know she was eating something (even if it’s not the healthiest meal!).

Tonight I’m thanking my lucky stars not to have this kind of mental health issue myself or in my immediate family. Here’s hoping her latest treatment plan helps to calm her down again. It’s a terrible ailment.
