Brewing time

Catching up on a few gaps in my sporadic blips. Not exactly regular I must say.
This is Bramble wine getting started. It's not measuring the density of baked beans! Posting this over a month later so can say that fermentation is pretty much done and the gravity has gone below 1000. Should be looking at a reasonable alcohol level eventually
