Very wet

Forecast was rain so I was surprised that we got about half way to cottage before it started, but when it did it really came down. The windscreen wipers were on full speed and still difficult to see, fortunately most drivers slowed down.
Standing water on the country roads was quite deep but we arrived safely and got very wet just unpacking the car.
Hetty wasn’t keen to go for a walk but actually seemed happy to wear her coat, I thought I would try it on a short walk around the village and she was fine.
Too wet to take photos outside so decided to look for something for tiny Tuesday. The little wooden cow travelled back from Switzerland in my case when we did a train holiday about eight years ago, it was brilliant.
