Sophie Playing

We spent a fair bit of the morning de-cluttering the garage; it's surprising just how much stuff accumulates over the summer. A trip to the recycling centre was in order. This afternoon we collected Sophie from school again, as Joel had another appointment, and looked after her until Kate got home. Here she is engrossed in an imaginate game with her toys, telling the story of what's happening.

Keep Fat to ight involved catching up with the exploits of our "instructor", Jon, who completed the virtual London Marathon yesterday, a real feat as he damaged a knee a few months ago and hasn't been able to train as he'd like: he could just about move today!
