Appointment with Death

Back in bed watching Poirot ( An appointment with Death)
I love Poirots. My mate from work drove me to and from the dentist as I get quite shaky.
When I went in the dentist she didn’t know I was in for a wisdom tooth out (as I made an emergency appointment yesterday)
I had to go to doctors first to make sure the pain wasn’t another ear infection (which I got after Covid earlier in the year)
Turns out it wasn’t my ear so I said “ good job I have made an appointment to have wisdom out then.”

Walked into dentist room and she only had me down for a 10 min appointment! I was waiting to be told I have to make another appointment then she started and gave the first two lengthy injections.

She shouted out breathe as I had actually stopped! Hands were clenched so tight I was shaking.
A few mins passed and she poked around which hurt a lot so she administered two more!!!
Then she checked again and I could only hear the scraping. So she then started to pull and although it didn’t hurt I could feel it coming out.

Thank goodness it’s out but I now have a swollen face. Feeling sorry for myself and I look awful. Still can’t feel much.
