Unsettled weather

The top photo is looking out over the front of the house and the bottom photo is looking out into the backyard These pictures were taken one right after the other.

After spending a short while outside and then deciding I couldn’t judge when the rain would fall any more, I came inside.

I spent my whole afternoon putting my October decorations out in the living room.

Had a visit from Jim’s mother, wanting to ensure I did have a key to the house and asking if she could once again have my number. We stood on the front doorstep chatting for quite a while.
