Bowmore distillery by night

It was a fairy easy 2 ferry day from Gigha to Islay yesterday to our new accommodation right in the middle of Bowmore.

We’ve been to the the Spar whiskey shop, the Lochside hotel and checked out the map with all of the distilleries.

I can anticipate the sore head already!
Tomorrow, we go to Port Ellen for a walk to Laphroaig Lagavulin and Ardbeg. A bit like a pilgrimage.
