Welcoming

Early start, still dark. Overland, underground and high speed trains and not even a coffee on route! Got to Bath by 9, and spent a great many hours in meetings thereafter. Nice to be in the office, even if the fancy coffee machine does swallow the capsules (never to be returned). I’ve really had to work for my caffeine today!

So to friend R’s (eventually) for a soothing evening and welcome drink . Now very cosy, listening to atrocious weather outside.
