For my pots..

…which are really in need of some perking up. This year they’ve been rather disappointing.

To return to yesterday, in brief. We managed to see Chloe three times which was wonderful. We snuck her boys in the front line and she came over to give them a special greeting. They’d painted a sheet banner for her which she hadn’t seen before and was thrilled. Then again at Tower Bridge, where Matthew, Emma, Sophia and even Milo joined us, and finally at Birdcage Walk. Yesterday’s photo was in Horseguards Parade for the Meet and Greet.

We then walked (slowly) to Parliament Square and the SANDS reception team where she was given free hot food and we had drinks before walking to Charing Cross. The Uber car couldn’t get to Chloe to take her Simon and the boys to the station so more walking for her.

On reaching here, they got the boys into their pjs and headed back to Yeovil, a good two and a half hour’s drive.

It was a truly wonderful day/weekend. Great to be with family and to see so many other people enjoying the day. Many, many gratefuls.
