Winter hedge

Icicles draping from a roadside hedge where cars have splashed through a puddle. I blipped this as much as a record as anything else, so that in future I can look back at just how cold it was at the end of March 2013. This cold, and this is only Surrey! This ice curtain from a signpost, was formed the same way, but I settled for this one. Winter just won't ease its grip.
