Monday

Lay on the sofa until 2.30 then went along to see the Link Worker at the surgery. 
A chat about the week and who has contacted me/what I am doing. I am supposed to be doing the Anxiety Management workshop tomorrow but she has had a last minute think and is not sure they will accept me due to dissociating. I lost my temper at that. 

Walked home without a brolly as it was so sunny when i left and I got soaked coming home. Making a cup of tea I noticed the rainbow.
