My journey

Tracking the healing progress of myself through mental health issues.

From my daughter being murdered by her mother in 2015, years of hiding myself away and losing the will to continue. Support and help from every angle turned away/ignored as I felt worthless and useless to now, a journey through proper help and support - Painful as it has been, I am through the beginnings of healing but have a long way to go with it. It’s very much step by step, I am surrounded by loving and caring people and I’m ready to fight to find some light at the end of this self imposed tunnel.

From PTSD (Spicy Deja Vu as I prefer to call it) to, hopefully, post traumatic growth.
