Colin and I visited Rora Dairy and Middleton of Rora farm this morning as part of the Provenance Festival 2021. We were treated to a fab breakfast featuring the wonderful local yoghurt made with milk from the farm herd followed by a very interesting visit to the cow shed with its amazing use of technology and robotic milking.
