We’re off . . .

. . . to sunny Ventnor on the IOW. We had an early start for the drive to Southampton. Which did start to feel like an episode of “not going out” we recently watch at one point?! But ahead of schedule we got there over an hour early in the end and caught to 10-00am rather than 11.

Once we arrived with a packed car and a full blown storm doing its worst, we had 4 hours before the cottage was ready, so no choice really we headed for the Spyglass pub on the seafront!!
