Scout and I are both a bit needy at the moment. I’ve certainly been feeling flat all day, although we had a nice trip to sunny Guildford and a visit to the Brasilo Vegano cafe. Guaranteed to give you a lift.

Got my booster tomorrow morning. Hopefully won’t have side effects from that. Need to be going up not down …
