Hang on in there!

Sometimes, when I'm reminiscing about what a dreadful mother I was/ am, I am comforted by the fact that both boys are still happy to spend time with us (although admittedly mainly when it involves us paying for things!) Today was a case in point when we got together at Ratho climbing arena for the boys and Mr M to go climbing together and I went for a walk along the canal.
The canal walk is always a surprise as it feels so lovely and rural and yet leads into the centre of Edinburgh.
Both my boys seem to have the climbing bug now and I was impressed by how proficient they both were, although two very different styles and approaches. Also managed to distract Me M momentarily from his talk about gliding :)))
