I’m feeling better. Darren as reduced my medication and at the moment I seem to be ok with that, the next step will be to stop it completely.
This morning I did my longest walk in the last 10 days and I don’t seem to have any ill affects from it.
The photo is of me near the picnic bench which overlooks the reservoir, only a few minutes walk from home, how lucky are we.
