Hazardous!

These icicles have been formed by vehicles driving through a flooded carriageway and splashing the water onto the verge, it looks quite mystical I think but as it is on an unlit road and on a bend it has the potential to be very dangerous to motorists. Still very cold today and I have been hearing the awful news of the farmers struggling to save their livestock in the icy temperatures and snow, especially the lambs, it must be heartbreaking and stressful for them - very sad :(
