Although it's a battle to get him to take his "It's disgusting" medicine the little dude seems to be much more like himself, even if he is still coughing a bit, although we can never be sure whether that's tof related or illness.

Even so, getting his appetite back, an early birthday present, and Hulk-smashing everything in sight makes things feel much more normal.
