New Smoker

We got a great deal on this smaller version of a great way to add new flavors to food.  We spent the better part of the day on assembly and studying the instruction manual. This was taken during the required initial "burn-in" that assures proper operation and gets rid of anything left over from the manufacturing process.
     We spent so much time getting ready that we ran out of time to actually smoke some food.  It's supposed to rain here all day for the next two days so it might be Tuesday before we can use it.
