Another day, another sunset! (Photo credit to G!) This one is in Dubai, in the Al Mizhar neighbourhood. G & I were here to collect the car we bought. It didn't take long at all to go through the registration process, in fact, we were done within the hour.

G opted to drive it back, only to discover it had absolutely no petrol. Argh. She managed to get to the garage close to the flat, so that was a relief. We then went for a car wash and then a little celebration in the form of a falooda for G. I just had a glass of orange juice. As with all change, it will take time to get used to something different. There are a few things I'd like to get done, but I have to prioritise them. It initially seemed the a/c wasn't working, but I hadn't pressed the right buttons. Really hoping for the best with it!

The morning was good, with time to catch up on various things. One of them was to sort out insurance for the new car which is valued at a higher amount than what we paid for it. NICE!
