Seal Cove

We've got Scarlett here for the weekend and today I took her to Seaquarium in Rhyl with Clare's daughter Lara.  It was the perfect place to go on a wet and windy day as it was all indoors, apart from Seal Cove which was outdoors, and thankfully it wasn't raining while we were there.  There are two pools, one with Californian Sea lions and another pool that had Harbour Seals.  The Sea Lions were very playful and were diving in and out of the pool and the Seals kept popping up and seemed to be watching us, they were very cute!

We went on the beach collecting shells afterwards and Scarlett found a starfish washed up on the beach, so we went and put it in water, so she felt good that she'd saved it.  Then after a McDonald's lunch we took Lara home and stayed there for cake and a catch up with Clare.
