I made delicious vegetable soup with home grown veg from our allotment. So satisfying .

The sunflowers at the allotment are still going strong. The ones in my blip are about 10ft tall !

I took my Mum to the dentist in the afternoon. I got some shopping for her on the way home.

In the evening I drove to Lockerbie to pick up Laurence. He spent the evening finishing off a lengthy grant funding application. The Whitney -Wood scholarship is from The Royal College of Physicians . They only 4 grants available, so it’s unlikely he will be successful. However I’m proud of his efforts none the less.
