Chermoula spiced salmon with Tabbouleh salad.
Spice from first principles, the bulgar wheat augmented by mint, parsley, pepper and chives from the garden. The tomatoes unfortunately came from Yorkshire.
All washed down by a tasty rose from Rioja.
Now for the Portuguese custard tarts, dark chocolate and black tea.
