The Full Dibnah

Alf is on a school trip today to the royal Gunpowder Mills. This looks like a brilliant place to go on a school trip, much better than in my day when a school trip probably involved actually going to school ;)

Anyway they were told to dress up in Victorian costume, which meant I came downstairs to find Alf dressed up like Fred Dibnah (minus the soot). This is clearly not a bad thing. They also had to take a packed lunch which did not have modern packaging, I wonder if we are the only parents who decanted a packet of crisps into a paper bag? After all I'm sure the Victorians ate Wheat Crunchies, how else would they have built such a fine empire?

Initial run through of some songs for Hendstock later, I can't wait.
