Butternut Squash Penne

Butternut squash and walnut penne with sage butter, and tomatoes with anchovy stuffed olives. Wine: Rusack Santa Catalina Island Pinot Noir 2011.

We had this pasta last Fall, and it was decidedly worth repeating. The wine is lovely.
