Simnel cake

I think I remember Mrs DP saying that she wouldn't come for Easter if there wasn't a Simnel Cake as I didn't make them a cake at Christmas! So, now, it's ready...........by kind permission of Mary Berry! It's a great recipe.
Just got the food shopping to do now and I'm all set for their visit. If it's rubbish weather at least we can eat and drink!
