Hot water

I decided last night to take the plunge and turn up to the porto-vello Sunday cycle trip. Well all I can say is that I did my best. After no more than 15 mins I had to give up. They are way faster and fitter than me. Ill get there though.
Normal Sunday flat viewing was the normal quiet 2 hours.
