The weather has been strange today,  a mixture of squally showers and sunny intervals, but it feels much cooler out. I still have one or two sunflowers providing a bit of colour in the garden.

It will be an early night after being up at 5.30am to get to the hospital for 7am today. I was home by 4pm and in need of some fresh air so we went out for a quick walk but I’m feeling a bit wobbly now so it will be a quiet evening.
