Crummock Water

Our final morning in this wonderful part of Cumbria.  Despite the torrential rain, we managed to get the car packed up quite quickly.  We drove down to Buttermere and then over Newlands Pass, Keswick, Grasmere, Ambleside, Windermere, Newby Bridge and home.

As there had been so much rain, we stopped at Rydal Hall to see Rydal Falls with plenty of water (extra).  We had hoped for coffee too but unfortunately the nice cafe was closed today. 

Good to be home after a lovely few days away.
