Heskin Hall

We ventured out after a quiet week and found ourselves at this Elizabethan estate that now has a large selection of artisan shops in its outbuildings, including an art gallery where we purchased a lovely Isherwood painting a couple of years ago.
We popped in to see more of his works ‘in the flesh’ so to speak, and were rewarded with a private viewing of two recently discovered works that the owner had just cleaned and were about to be mounted and framed!
No purchase this time though!!
