Notes: Got up 730a-ish after being awake middle of the night again - crazy dreams  before I went back to sleep and after. Feeling a bit out of it and then text from Moira saying I should skip the dog-walking day (I was good with that). Quiet day and nice at the empty pool - dryer, slightly cooler air and breeze. Later got dressed in jeans (ugggh) and Joe (from the 4dogs Joe & Moira) picked me up around 5p and we headed to Tampa - I was his assistant scanning 4 roofs for wet spots with thermography and infrared technology. Is not my ideal job for sure - and very reminiscent of the event world (back was stiff/catching and aching again before we finished). Did get back till after 1030p and was about midnight until I got to sleep (way past my body rhythms).
