Mallard Meeting

Not a very unusual or exciting blip, but at least it does bring me current.  I don't know how I got a week behind but I hope I can keep up with them now.  

Tomorrow I am scheduled for another injection in my back.  The doctor has informed me that I need to be in pain when I get there so he can see if he's hitting the right spot -- it's called a medial branch block.  Anyway, I plan to get up and do everything that aggravates my back which is anything that requires me to be semi-bent over such as vacuuming, making my bed, or carrying something heavy.  If I do it right I should have a fairly tidy apartment and be pretty crabby by the time I get to his office which will serve him right.
