FAMILY!!!!

I spent all day cleaning the flat for the arrival of my folks tonight! We've managed to squeeze everyone in but it's meant a bedroom change for each person and therefore lots of washing and cleaning.  
The kids have been beside themselves with excitement and could barely contain themselves when they saw Grandmaman and Grandad getting out of the car! Great shrieks of delight! I think we'll all sleep well tonight!

Today I'm grateful for;
1) Mom and Dad making the effort to come all this way, especially in complex Covid times. 
2) Having a lovely clean flat, now...!
3) A gorgeous downpour this morning, though Mitch was out in it and came back dripping.
